Alot of people may have different methods of preparing fried rice, but the colour of the rice is that thing that makes it actractive.
Here are some ways you can give your fried Rice that light greenish colour.
1. Never use tomatoes of any kind :
While cooking fried rice, never make use of tomato paste, ketchups, or fresh tomatoes. Since it has a natural red colour, it will not aid making your rice gree.
