Ize-Iyamu Bags Chieftaincy Title In Auchi (Photos)

Governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress' in Edo State, pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu, has bagged a chieftaincy title in Auchi land. Igbere TV gathered that Ize-Iyamu was on Wednesday unveiled as the 'Itsemakhona' of Auchi land by the First Class traditional ruler, Otaru of Auchi. Itsemakhona is translated to mean "this is our own..." in the English language. The APC and Ize-Iyamu had taken their campaigns to Edo North where Auchi is grouped under. Auchi is under Etsako West local government. The Edo state Governorship election holds September 19, 2020. While Ize-Iyamu is the APC candidate, Governor Godwin Obaseki is the Peoples Democratic Party' candidate. Both the APC and PDP are the two major political parties in the election with Ize-Iyamu and Obaseki as major candidates in the poll.
