This is the list of superheroes from Marvel, DC and Wildstorm comics who are gay. Sexuality is a spectrum so some of the people on the list are bisexual and pansexual.
Iceman
In 2015, Marvel Comics readers learned one of the original X-Men Bobby Drake, a.k.a. Iceman was a gay man, and the way it unfolded was unique in a way that could only happen in a superhero comic.

He is mostly popular for not only being one of the earliest openly gay heroes.

The hero is noteworthy for not only being some of the earliest openly gay heroes, but for being obvious reflections of Superman.
John Constantine
The first time John Constantine's bisexuality is mentioned is in 1992's Hellblazer #51. Speaking of how he doesn't maintain a lot of longterm relationships, Constantine's narration reads "Girlfriends, the odd boyfriend... They all have the nasty habit of walking out on me."
America Chavez
America Chavez is a lesbian raised by a gay couple and she's also one of Marvel's most powerful superheroes. She's super strong, she can fly, she has super speed, and she's nearly invulnerable.
Harley Quinn
For a long time it was one of DC Comics' worst kept secrets that Harley Quinn was bisexual and in a relationship with fellow Gotham City anti-hero Poison Ivy.

Poison Ivy is gay and she is in a relationship with Harley Quinn.
Hulkling
The heroes Hulkling and Wiccan enjoy one of the longest-running same-sex relationships in comics. He is the king of the Skrulls and Krees.
Wiccan
The heroes Hulkling and Wiccan enjoy one of the longest-running same-sex relationships in comics. Wiccan and Hulkling recently got married during Marvel's Empyre event.
Deadpool
In the comics it's no secret that Wade Wilson the hilarious and bloody mercenary Deadpool is pansexual.
Alan Scott: Green Lantern
Alan Scott the first ever Green Lantern is gay. The death of his fiancé Sam becomes an important part of a new origin story as his engagement ring is molded into the hero's power ring.
Valkyrie
The comic book version of Valkyrie is bisexual.
Batwoman
Described as the highest-profile gay superhero to appear in stories published by DC, Batwoman's sexual orientation drew wide media attention following her reintroduction, as well as both praise and criticism from the general public.
Aqualad
In the DC Rebirth timeline, the Jackson Hyde version of the character is reintroduced as a gay teenager.
Shatterstar
Shatterstar and his partner, fellow mutant hero Rictor, were confirmed as being in a same-sex relationship in 2009's X-Factor #45.
