Over the years the issue of racism has been something the world is yet to get rid of or overcome, and almost everywhere there seems to be a racist who feels superior to other races because of skin color.
Last night during Paris Saint Germain encounter with Olympique Marseille at the Parc de Franc in the second match of the new Ligue 1 season of the French top flight football, Neymar Jr was a victim of racism when he was racially abused by Marseilles player Alvaro Gonzalez.
As expected Neymar Jr was not ready to have any of such abuse, given his team was already losing the game 2:0 as the game draws closer to the end.
Neymar in his words after the game said " VAR spotting my attack, now I want to see now I want to see it pick up the image of the racist calling me a monkey, that is what I want to see.
Neymar was sent off the pitch after complaining to the match officials about the incident, also four other players also received their matching orders. They are Amavi and Benedetto(Marseille) Kurzawa and Paredes(PSG).
