Since time in memorial, action movies have always existed either in form of stage drama and with the invention of television and since the coming of Hollywood, action movies have graced our screens and served as a major source of entertainment to us.
We cannot speak of American action movies without mentioning the names of notable action stars like, Jackie Chan, Dwayne The Rock Johnson, Idris Elba, Charlize Theron, Angelina Jolie and a host of other wonderful hollywood action superstars that bring out screens live with action.
But of all these wonderful action stars, seven stand out, these seven outstanding action stars have graced our screens for over ten years and are some the best actors in our favorite action movies.

2. Jason Stathman: Every action movie lovers know Jason Stathman. The England Born doubles as an actor and a producer.
And many who know him best know him for his martial arts skills, well that should not come as a surprise to us because this action dude is quiet conversant with karate,Kung Fu and kick boxing match which explains his love for kicking and blowing in his action scenes.
For fans of stunch football fans who also love action you have found a friend in Stathman because he loves both. And one fun fact about this man is that his action stunts are performed by him isn't that interesting.

3. Steven Seagal: Anybody that know this guy will know that he is one that normally beats the hell out of the bad guys in the movies.

4. Arnold Schwarzenegger: Fun fact about the S Man of action is that he was once an S Man of Politics. He served as the Govonor of California America for 8 good year under the Republican party.

Arnold Schwarzenegger is also a renowned bodybuilder which explains his perfectly built physique. And he is know worldwide as one of Hollywood greatest action stars.
Some of his action movie credits include; Terminator, Commando, Predator to mention but a few. He was one of the stars that graced if screens in the 80s, 90s and even now.
5. Sylvester Stallone: Many at times when someone tries to play strong or when we see a strong person, we refer to them as Rambo. Well meet the real Rambo because he is not that strong person he is Sylvester Stallone a Hollywood S Man of Action.
74 year old Stallone is not just an actor, but he is also, a director, Producer, singer and screenwriter. And some of his greatest action movie include; Rambo, The Expendables and Escape Plan.
6. Wesley Snipes: He is one of Hollywood finest action star. And as far as action is concerned, he has been in he game for over 20 years.
Just like some his fellow S Men of action in this list, Snipes is also a trained martial artist and has performed many if his action stunts himself.
The 48 year old is best know for his role in the action horror movie Blade, but that is not his only action movie credit others include, Demolition Man, The Expendables 3, Passengers 57 and a few others.
7. Samuel L Jackson: this marvelous man is the highest grossing actor of all time having appeared in movies that have generated money to the tune of $27 billion worldwide.
The 71 year old actor and producer has graced our screens since the early 90s and is a very good actor especially when it comes to action and comedy.
Many people who are fans of the Marvel Universe Films know him as Nick Fury and Haven starred in over 150 movies it is no surprise that some of his most successful movies are in the action genre thus given him a place in the sit if The Hollywood S Men Of Action.
Some of the best box office record breaking action movies he has been part of include, Shaft, A Time To Kill, Unbreakable, XXX Xander Cage, Star Wars to mention but a few.
