The catacomb of previous Oyo State lead representative, Abiola Ajimobi turned into a web sensation a couple of days prior (see past string here https://www.nairaland.com/6119045/congressperson abiola-ajimobis-cooled grave) thus I chose to investigate the sepulchers of different renowned Nigerians.
Pictures of catacombs of well known Nigerians.
A catacomb is a structure or structure that contains the burial place of a striking person of note. It is generally planned so that adherents, fans and partners of the individual can visit the burial place. That is the explanation that it has comforts like seats and forced air systems.
In certain nations it is standard that meeting heads of state and other such dignitaries visit the sepulcher of their previous pioneers and lay wreathes at their burial chambers.
A few catacombs are important for a gallery or library that contains material about the expired individual and travelers are permitted to visit the sepulcher for an expense.
President Nnamdi Azikiwe kicked the bucket in 1997 and the Federal Government vowed to fabricate a catacomb for him. Shockingly the sepulcher was not finished until 2018.
