Premier League side Southampton are reportedly interested in the signing of Nigerian striker Emmanuel Dennis who currently plays for Belgian topflight Club Brugge.
Emmanuel Dennis who graduated from Kwara Football Academy was impressive last season for Club Brugge in all competitions which made him to be a target for Europeans clubs.
His impressive show against Real Madrid in the Champions League also made the fans to love him more and has been linked with the Premier League.
According to the report on Complete Sports, Club Brugge are also interested in signing Southampton defender Wesley Hoedt but are not willing to pay the stipulated £7.3m price.
Report added that Southampton are even ready to add money plus Hoedt for Club Brugge to give them Emmanuel Dennis before the end of this month.
Dennis has been playing for Club Brugge for the past three years after joining them from Zorya in Ukraine.
He has played 105 games for the side in all competitions scoring 28 goals.
