Police fix September 17 for entrance exam into academy
The Kaduna police command has told the candidates who applied for admission into the 8th Regular Course of Police Academy Wudil that the selection examination would come up on Thursday, September 17, across the country. This was contained in a statement issued on Thursday, September 10, in Kaduna, by the command’s Public Relations Officer (PRO) and an assistant superintendent of police, Mohammed Jalige, Premium Times reports. 
According to Jalige, candidates from Kaduna centre are to sit for the Computer Based Test (CBT) at the National Teachers Institute (NTI).
”The Police Command in Kaduna State wishes to inform the general public, particularly Kaduna residents that, the entrance examination into the 8th Regular Course of Police Academy Wudil, Kano is slated for September 17, across the country."

Photo credit: PoliceNG Source: Twitter “Therefore, the command enjoins all candidates who applied for the programme to brace up and adequately prepare for the Computer Based Test (CBT), which will be conducted simultaneously on same date nationwide. “The Command equally informs that candidates can now print their latest examination card using either their telephone numbers or the RRR code, as required in the column provided, which is labelled as ‘Selection Examination Card’, he said.
Speaking on Saturday, August 22, the Public Relations Officer (PRO) of Lagos police command, Bala Elkana, announced the dates and locations where the physical and credential screening for applicants of Lagos state origin will hold. 
Elkana also told the applicants that their screening will be determined by the local government areas where they come from. He also admonished the applicants to report to the screening venue which is the police college Ikeja by 8 am on the date that they indicated for there various local government areas.
Similarly, no fewer than 3,005 applicants in Kaduna have undergone physical screening for recruitment into the Nigeria Police Force in the state. This was disclosed by police command in the state. The command’s public relations officer, disclosed this on Monday, August 31, in Kaduna. A total of 17,000 applicants from the state are expected to undergo the physical screening exercise which ends on September 10. He said that applicants from Kaduna North, Kaduna South, Igabi, Chikun, Kajuru and Jaba local government areas have already been screened as at August 30.
