Pornography entertainer and maker, Tobilola Jolaoso, prevalently known kingTblakHoc and his team have been conceded bail for N200,000 following three days at the remedial focus in Ilesa.
Police charged them for shooting a pornography video at the Osun Osogbo hallowed woods, an UNESCO world legacy site and the home of Osun, the Yoruba goddess of richness.
The Osun admirers revealed Jolaoso to police that he brought pornography entertainers and entertainers from Lagos and recorded the film at the woods.
The Divisional Police Officer responsible for Ataoja Division, Akinloye Oyegade and his men captured Tblak and his associates including Juliet Semion, Ahmed Olasunkanmi, Adeniran Eritosin and Tunde Jimoh
They were charged to court for lead liable to make penetrate of harmony and irreverence conventional religion.
The Police Prosecutor, ASP Idoko James told the court that the blamed people submitted the offense on 25th of July, 2020 at about 12:30pm.
He said the offense carried out by the charged people was in opposition to and culpable under Section 516, 233, 517, 451 of the Criminal Code Cap 34 vol. II Laws of Osun State Nigeria, 2002.
The denounced people argued not liable.
The guard counsel, Tunbosun Oladipupo applied for the bail.
The Chief Magistrate, Ishola Omisade conceded them on bail with an entirety of N200,000 with one guarantee each in like whole.
The justice said the guarantees must be checked inhabitants of Osun and that they should vow to oath of means. He dismissed the case till September 28, 2020.
