Nigeria goalkeeper Maduka Okoye says he’s ready for the Afcon qualifiers against Sierra Leone and hopes to be between the sticks for the game.
After Thursday’s evening training, Maduka Okoye posted the the picture of himself during the training on Twitter, with the caption : Ready for tomorrow
The Sparta Rotterdam shot stopper is expected to continue his role as number one and start between the sticks for the game at the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium on Friday.
Maduka has featured in three matches for Super Eagles, including the last Month’s friendlies against Algeria and Tunisia.
The 19-year-old made his official debut in 1 – 1 draw against the Selecao of Brazil at the Kallang stadium in Singapore back in 2019.
