I Didn’t Defect To APC Over Presidential Ambition - Governor David Umahi Says

Gov. David Umahi of Ebonyi has repeated that he didn't surrender to the All Progressives Congress (APC) to challenge for administration in 2023. 

Umahi made the announcement on Sunday during the primary APC partners meeting he was overseeing over since his surrender to the gathering.

"My next line of activity after my governorship is in God's grasp and there isn't anything God can't do. 

"Anybody wishing to challenge for the administration or governorship of the state ought to ruminate and implore that God ought not send him if God's soul isn't with such individual. 

"This is on the grounds that it will be exceptionally intense and we are truly in the end time," he said. 

He commented that the administration of the state could never come from outside its shores, expressing that his mildness ought not be confused with shortcoming. 

"We won't permit the PDP to pass on in the state yet help its chiefs to endure. 

"I am as yet the dad of the state and those battling me for joining the APC ought not go too far.
