Maryam Sanda, the lady sentenced to death for executing her husband, has chosen to move toward the Supreme Court, in an offer to topple the decisions of the lower courts.
The Court of Appeal in Abuja on Friday, insisted capital punishment passed on her by a High Court of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) for killing her better half, Bilyaminu Bello.
Joe Gadzama, SAN, her attorney revealed this to correspondents on Friday in Abuja.
Gadzama, who was disappointed with the judgment of the Appeal court, said they would "approach the Supreme Court to upset the decision."
