Traditional rulers in Igbere under the sponsorship of Igbere customary chamber, have given the 'Nwanne Di Na Mba(a companion in Diaspora) 1 of Igbere Kingdom' title on President of the Senate, Dr Ahmad Lawan.
The conferment was on Sunday December 27 at the tenth year Remembrance Anniversary/Memorial Service of late Chief Johnson Uzor Kalu, father of Senator Orji Kalu, at Igbere, Bende nearby administration of Abia State.
Declaring the conferment, while enlivening the Senate President, Igbere TV reports that the conventional rulers said the honor was in acknowledgment and acknowledging Lawan for continually remaining with their child, Kalu.
