Super Falcons Captain, Asisat Oshoala Nominated For Prestigious UEFA Award

Asisat Oshoala is set to be among some chosen ladies to be regarded by UEFA. 


Europe's football administering body UEFA has delivered candidates for UEFA Fans' Women's Team of the Year' for 2020. 

Strangely, Super Falcons chief and Barcelona star, Asisat Oshoala, is one of the fifty chosen people. 

The rundown was uncovered by Europe's football overseeing body UEFA on Tuesday. 

The 26-year-old, who has scored twice in six association appearances for Barcelona Ladies this season, is the main African shortlisted among the 50-ladies assigned by UEFA. 

Oshoala is contending with two of her Barcelona partners, PSG, Lyon, Arsenal, Chelsea, Wolfsburg and Juventus' players for one of the striking situations in the Team of the Year.
