Young Woman Crashes Her Car Into Frozen Lake And Takes Selfie As Car Sinks In Canada (Photos)

While local neighbours dragged over a kayak to rescue her from the roof of her sinking car, a woman who crashed through the ice while driving on a frozen river on the outskirts of Ottawa took some selfies. On Sunday afternoon in the Manotick suburb of Manotick, an unnamed woman stood atop her yellow sedan as it sank into the ice of the Rideau River.

She was photographed taking selfies as the car went farther into the water, with only the car's top visible above the freezing water by the time she was rescued.
