Manchester United fans staged a “peaceful” protest outside Old Trafford on Saturday, April 16 against the Glazer family, who own the club. The protesting fans gathered outside Old Trafford just before United’s Premier League match against Norwich.
The fans who in thousands were at the Munich Tunnel chanting ‘love United, stay outside.’ Their plan is to stay outside for the opening 17 minutes.
United have won only three of their past 12 matches in all competitions – losing 1-0 at Everton last Saturday – and are guaranteed to fall short of last season’s final tally of 74 points.
