Manchester United striker, Odion Ighalo, has insisted that his future at the club is not on his mind amid the coronavirus pandemic.
Ighalo signed a six-month deal when he arrived at the club in January.
The former Super Eagles star has impressed during his short time at Old Trafford, scoring four times in three starts.
With the Premier League season suspended until the start of May at the earliest, there are question marks over players who are out of contract or whose loans will expire.
Ighalo, speaking with the UK Sun, says he is not focused on his own personal situation, as it is not the most important thing right now.
“Talking about other things now will not only be selfish but terribly insensitive. I don’t even think about it.“The challenge before us now is not a football one, but a global one.“You can’t put football before health challenges. What matters right now is to keep safe and pray for those battling with the virus to recover fully,” he said.
