A man identified as Olalekan Ibisiola has been convicted and sentenced in a federal high court in Osogbo, Osun state for unlawful forgery of a marriage certificate. He was on four count charges.
The man possessed a marriage certificate which beholds the Federal High Court name on it but was pure fraud.
Likewise he possessed a sworn affidavit which was also fake.
The accused pleaded guilty and quickly seek for mercy of the judge.
He was however sentenced. The items recovered from him such as iPhone and HP laptop is be sold out and the money deposited to the treasury single account of the Federal Government.
