Honesty, 2020 WAEC candidates are very happy as president Muhammadu Buhari approved reopening of schools for graduating students. As president Muhammadu Buhari has approved reopening of schools for graduating students, it has been revealed by the minister of education that schools will remain closed following the increase in covid-19 cases in Nigeria.

Malam Adamu Adamu had earlier stated that school resumption for graduating students is not necessary because it will lead to the exposure of their lives to covid-19 virus.

The also stated that nothing is wrong for students including WAEC candidates to miss a year academic section than letting them out of this covid-19 pandemic.

In my own view, WAEC examination could start from 12th of August 2020 under this inevitable 4 conditions:

1. Washing of hands should be made compulsory for every student

2020 WAEC candidates should note that washing of hands is an inevitable condition that must be done every time especially if schools reopens for graduating students.
