The Top 10 Super cars 2020
the market for a vehicle with tons of horsepower? You shouldn’t sign on the dotted line just yet. Companies like Ferrari, McLaren, and Lamborghini will have a new batch of supercars to offer in 2020. Whether they are brand new or an update of an existing model, these vehicles will have an impressive number of horses under the hood and the ability to reach speeds of 200mph. Their design will be inspired as well. Can’t you imagine your friends (and enemies) turning green with envy already? All you have to do is wait a little longer. We know this is easier said than done. But, waiting doesn’t have to be all bad. You can take this time to decide which supercar your heart truly desires. Keeping this in mind, we offer our list of the top 10 supercars to keep an eye out for in 2020:
Alfa Romeo GTV
Essentially a modified version of the Giulia Quadrifoglio, rumors suggest that we can expect this supercar to produce up to 600 horsepower.
Aston Martin Vanquish
The thousand horsepower Valkyrie is getting a more affordable baby brother. Aston Martin has created a mid-engined sports car featuring an electronically boosted V8 to compete directly with cars like the McLaren 720S and the Ferrari 488.
BMW M3
Ever since BMW debuted its new 3 series, it was only a matter of time before a hardcore M popped up as well. This new design is more aggressive and should produce somewhere around 500 horses when it comes on the market.
Alfa Romeo 6C
The 4C isn’t expected to be around much longer, especially with the company’s launch of the new Stelvio and Giulia models. This is where the 6C comes in. Reports say its design is stunning and it’s powerful as well. It features a twin-turbocharged 2.9-liter V6 engine capable of producing 505 horsepower.
Maserati GranTurismo
This vehicle line hasn’t been fully updated since 2011 but, in 2020, we expect it to get a new look. Reports say that these changes will include a more powerful engine and a fresher platform. Full details are not available at the moment, however.
Tesla Roadster
Tesla’s Next Generation Roadster is a beast. It can go over 600 miles without a charge but, its speed is even more impressive. It can go from 0 to 60 in less than 2 seconds.
Lamborghini
Although it’s due to be released in 2020, this Aventador replacement doesn’t have a name yet. Instead, it has a code name – LB634/635. Other details, however, are more solid. For instance, this coupe/roadster will feature a 7.0L naturally aspirated V12 engine with the power to produce approximately 800 horsepower. If that’s not powerful enough for you, the car is also rumored to have electric motors on its front axle that add another 300 horsepower to the mix. This brings the total output for this new Lamborghini to an estimated 1000 horsepower and 885 lb-ft of torque.
Pininfarina Electric Hypercar
The iconic Italian design house has evolved into an auto company specializing in high-performance electric vehicles. In fact, it’s rumored that the new hypercar’s total output is expected to give the 1,479 horsepower Bugatti Chiron a run for its money.
Lamborghini Huracan Evo
Like its predecessor, the new Evo is ridiculously fast. In fact, it can go from 0 to 62 miles per hour in just under three seconds. The difference is, the newer model features all new tech that makes the ride feel more luxurious and better overall. It also features a 5.2L V10 engine and 7-speed dual-clutch transmission with the ability to produce 631 horsepower and 443-pound feet of torque.
Porsche 911
The Porsche 911 series are some of the greatest sports cars of all time and the latest version is no exception. It has the ability to go from 0 to 60 miles in just over 3 seconds. To accomplish this, it features a 2981 CC twin-turbocharged engine with the ability to deliver 443 horsepower and 390 lb-ft of torque.
