Nigerian actor, Mr. Ibu has been honoured with the Best Comedian In Nollywood by organizers of the Superior Radio and Television Awards, SRTV Awards.
Nigerian actor, John Okafor aka Mr. Ibu has been honoured with an award at the 2020 SRTV Awards.
The coordinators of the Superior Radio and Television Awards, SRTV Awards, respected Mr. Ibu as the 'Best Comedian in Nollywood.'
The honor labeled as Honorary Award – African Star is to recognize the 59 year-old entertainer for his massive commitment to the amusement and media businesses in Africa.
Reporting Mr. Ibu's accomplishment to the world, the coordinators stated, "He is John Okafor. He is the best African joke artist and He is one of our victors."
Ibu has acted in excess of 200 films including Mr.Ibu (2004), Mr. Ibu in London (2004), Police Recruit (2003), 9 Wives (2005), Ibu in Prison (2006), and Keziah (2007).
