Olusegun Obasanjo, a previous Nigerian president has opened up on why he didn't died of the deadly Covid in 2020.
Olusegun Obasanjo has expressed gratitude toward God for not permitting COVID-19 murder him in 2020.
The previous Nigerian President said God saved his life to observe 2021 regardless of the difficulties of the previous year.
He asked the individuals who endure COVID-19, to express gratitude toward God for His leniencies.
As per Obasanjo, he was saved by God intentionally to "serve Him and humankind to an ever increasing extent".
Obasanjo expressed this while talking at the second yearly Thanksgiving Service of the state part of the Christian Association of Nigeria hung on Saturday, at the Olusegun Obasanjo Presidential Library, Abeokuta.
He stated, "It is our obligation to offer gratitude to God. You will be the most unreasonable individual on the off chance that you don't play out the obligation of offering gratitude to God.
"In all conditions, express gratefulness. Hence, on the off chance that you neglect to express appreciation, you are bombing a critical obligation of yours as a Christian.
"A year ago 2020 was a difficult year not just for us in Nigeria, for us in Africa as well as for the entire world.
"The way that you are alive calls for expressing gratefulness to God. It doesn't make a difference what direction you take a gander at it, the individuals who you know because of Covid-19 are not any more here with us not on the grounds that you are superior to they are, more learned than they are; it's simply by the finesse of God.
