The world is changing gradually and with the improvement in medicine and surgery, it is no longer a news to see someone change their gender into what they feel they like.

She is a top model and when she was a kid and a boy, she did everything a girl would do and convinced herself that she was born in the wrong body.
3. Carmen Carrera.
She is a model, actress and a dancer, she went through different gender realignment surgery and now she's a full blown woman.
4. Andrej Pejic.
Looking at her picture now, one would be forgiven for believing she was born a female but no, she was actually a boy. He was offered a modelling gig as a young boy and the rest is history.
5. Caitlyn Jenner.
Arguably one of the most famous converts, Caitlyn was the father of the Jenners and Kardashians but now, she is their mother.
