How 2 Men Sold Two Human Hearts For N10,000 In Oyo State

The Oyo state police command on Thursday explained how its operatives arrested one Jimoh Sabiku and Adesola David for selling human heart for the sum of N10,000. The state police commisioner, Ngozi Onadeko who paraded the suspects at the command headquarters, Eleyele, Ibadan explained that the suspects were travelling along Igbeti/Igboho Expressway when the police caught them.

She defined that; "Sometime in the month of January 2021, one Jimoh Sabiku approached one Musibaudeen Aroju that he wished a human coronary heart for cash ritual. Musibaudeen Aroju replied that he'll introduce someone which can get the human coronary heart for him.

"He thereafter added one Alfa Taofeek Karile to the said Jimoh Sabiku. The stated Alfa Taofeek thereafter were given the human coronary heart to Jimoh Sabiku at Saki city on Thursday 18th March, 2021 on the sum of 10000 naira (N10, 000).

"On 19th March, 2021, the stated Adesola David changed into intercepted whilst on Bajaj motorcycle with registration number AYE a hundred twenty five QE by using guys of Federal Highway Patrol crew who were on prevent and search responsibility at Forest area alongside Igbeti/Igboho avenue while the said Adesola David together with one Habib Musa were searched, the heart suspected to be human heart have been found on them. Taofeek who allegedly offered the coronary heart suspected to be human coronary heart to at least one Jimoh Sabiku at the fee of N10,000 is now at large and effort is being intensified to arrest him."

Onadeko said other individuals who have been paraded had been stuck for armed theft, kidnaping, trans-border automobile snatchers and many different crimes.
