What's a coincidence? A coincedence is a remarkable concurrence of events or circumstances without apparent causal connection. Today I will be showing you seven unbelievable coincidence you would never believe occurred.
1. The same man saves falling babies twice
In 1937, a mother was looking through a window of a four-storey building in Detroit, Michigan. She was lost in thought that she accidentally dropped her baby from the 4th storey window. Luckily, there was a man below named Joseph Figlock working around the building. Figlock was a local street sweeper and was working beneath the window when the child fell from the sky and hit him on his shoulders. Luckily, the child wasn't dead but he and Mr Figlock were both injured.
The following year, another mother was in the same building when she didn't know when her 2-year-old son David Thomas fell from the window. Ironically, Figlock, doing his job sweeping out was again struck by the falling baby. Once again both of them survived.
Isn't this a strange coincidence. Sit tight as I even tell you more you would never have believed happened.
2. The Unsinkable Hugh Williams: Name for a Perpetual Shipwrecks survivor
O
n 5th December 1664, a ship tumbled while crossing Menai Strait, and only one person was saved out of 81 passengers. His name was Hugh Williams. Then In 1785, another ship sank in the same area with 60 passengers and the only survivor was another named Hugh Williams. In 1820, a ship capsized on the ternt, the only survivor on that ship was also named Hugh Williams. These not the same person but different people with the same name. Wait for this.
Then In 1940, again a ship was destroyed by a German mine and of all the people on board, only two survived, a man named Hugh Williams and his nephew who was named after him Hugh Williams.
I know you won't believe this but it's real. This world is full of wonders. I've told you before that I will surprise you more so sit back and continue reading.
3. The DEUS EX twin tower Omen
I
n the year 2000, a pc game was created called DEUS EX. When the skybox artist was creating the game, he accidentally forgot to add the twin towers to the New York City skyline. People said that the memory constraint involved made it impossible for him to add the Twin Towers. Other people believed that he accidentally forgot. Whatever reason, he had to come up with an in-game explanation for the reason that they were not added. He decided to lie that a terrorist attack was responsible. When they created this explanation, a year later, a real terrorist attack took down the towers.
4. Two brothers killed while riding the same moped bike
In 1975, a man was riding a moped bike in Bermuda when he was hit by a taxi and then died. A year later, the man’s brother repaired the moped bike. On the day that he finished repaying the repaired fees, he took it out for a ride and sadly, he was also hit and died. The unbelievable part of this story is that these two men were hit by the same taxi driven by the same driver who happened to be carrying the same passenger as these two brothers died. This is regarded by many as the greatest coincidence EVER
5. A bullet kills its intended victim years later
1n 1883, a man named Henry Zigland was shot at but he weaved the bullet and it stuck into a tree. Years later, Zigland wanted to see the place where he was almost killed. He went to the tree where the bullet was stuck and decided to cut it down because he wants to see bullet. The task was too difficult for him to do alone so he took a more risky measure. He took a few sticks of dynamite as thought to himself that blowing off the tree would be the best way to get the bullet out. So when the tree exploded, the bullet in the tree propelled from the tree and shot Zigland in the head, killing him instantly. It was very creepy that the very bullet that was meant to kill Zigland as those years before eventually did.
6. The JFK and the Lincoln coincidence
John F Kennedy and Abraham Lincoln were both American Presidents. Please note the dates here;
In 1846 Abraham Lincoln was elected into congress and in 1946 John Kennedy was elected also as president which makes it a 100-years later.
Lincoln won his election in 1860 but his inauguration was in 1861, so also was John F Kennedy, who won his election in 1960 but his inauguration was in 1961, exactly 100 years after Lincoln. Both presidents had a vice president and a successor named Johnson, same presidents were both shot in the back of the head in front of their wives and both were shot on a Friday. Lincoln was assassinated in Ford’s theatre and Kennedy was assassinated in a car which was made by Ford.
Lastly, both presidents have 7 letters in their name.
What a crazy coincidence isn't it?
7. Death and Reborn of Mensuit Ozil
The founder of Ferrari Enzo Ferrari died in 1988, which is the same year the footballer Mesut Ozil was born. The most surprising thing is that these men are identical. Most people said Enzo Ferrari was reincarnated as Mesut Ozil.
