Meet The Man Whose Arm Is Bigger Than Normal

Being born different or with a rare genetic condition can be challenging. You are seen different than the others or you tend to live an isolated life.
Meet 25 year old Bablu who has a rare condition called Gigantism. It's a genetic condition that causes one arm to grow much more bigger than the other.
"There are many difficulties, I walk for 10 minutes and then I have to rest for 10 minutes. The weight of my arm is 20kg(44lbs) and while washing it start to hurt on my shoulder."

"My mother passed away, I'm one of three siblings. I have two brothers and a sister. My brothers and I are here while my father and sister are back in my village."
An outcast in his hometown Bablu moved to the city but still struggles to find work.
"I came to Mumbai to earn a living but I cannot work let alone do anything else and no one wants to help either, if only someone would help. When I go to the shops, they beat me and throw me out and say " leave, go away" or they will say "go to that shop".
"I don't earn enough to buy food for myself, what more can I say. I don't have anyone to help me."
Bablu consulted a specialist over his condition and after the assessment the specialist spoke and suggested the solution to Bablu's condition.
"it's a genetic disorder, he was born with this genetic disorder and it has grown so he would need a neurosurgeon. Plastic surgery is very important because until the plastic surgery takes place his hand won't be restructured.

"Cost factor is a secondary thing, it could cost up to $22k-$30k because he will need to stay in the hospital to keep him under observation, restructuring is a lengthy process."
But as meager earner it's hard to fund treatments on his own. Some people have suggested that Bablu seeks government help to fund his treatment and that the government provides and help him with the solutions of his difficulties.
